Project Manager (m/f/d)

How will you support our team?

As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you’ll take responsibility for a wide range of projects in the biogas sector – from initial concept and planning through implementation and final acceptance. You will coordinate technical solutions, budgets and project processes, and ensure that projects remain on schedule and are completed in accordance with the agreed requirements. With your structured approach and technical expertise, you’ll play a key role in successfully delivering our projects.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical and administrative support for spare parts requests (internal and external)
  • Preparing and tracking quotes and orders for spare parts
  • Identifying, selecting, and assigning spare parts based on technical documentation, parts lists, and drawings
  • Creating, maintaining, and managing the spare parts master database; monitoring inventory levels, planning, and optimizing stock levels
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods and internal warehouse logistics
  • Collaborating with Service, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping
  • Handling complaints and returns related to spare parts
  • Assisting with inventory counts and the continuous improvement of warehouse processes

Qualifications

  • Completed technical training, further training as a technician or master craftsman and/or a technical degree
  • Technical understanding and an interest in renewable energy
  • Ideally, experience in project management, plant engineering or the biogas sector
  • Experience with commissioning and acceptance procedures is desirable
  • An independent, structured way of working with a focus on finding solutions
  • Strong communication skills and organisational ability
  • Class B driving licence
