The process towards takeover proceeds step by step. We start with an open discussion in which we explore your situation and the challenges you face. This is followed by a technical assessment and valuation of the installation so that you know exactly where you stand. This provides both sides with a clear and transparent basis on which decisions can be made.

If we reach an agreement, we take over the facility in its entirety and ensure a smooth transition. Our focus is on responsible continued operation, with stability and future security playing a major role.
