Our acquisitions process
The process towards takeover proceeds step by step. We start with an open discussion in which we explore your situation and the challenges you face. This is followed by a technical assessment and valuation of the installation, so that you know exactly where you stand.
When we agree to work together, we take over the installation completely and ensure that everything continues to run as it should, with a focus on stability and future-proofing. You can remain involved in the operation, while we take responsibility for performance and results.
