How will you support our team?
As an administrative assistant, you will be a key part of our organisation, supporting the administrative management and various departments in their day-to-day operations. You will ensure that administrative processes run efficiently, that data is maintained reliably, and that opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented. Through your structured approach to work, you will make a significant contribution to the success and further development of our company.
Your daily tasks will include:
- General office administration
- Supporting the commercial management
- Administrative management of contracts, as well as maintaining and analysing data and key performance indicators
- Actively involved in the optimisation and implementation of cross-departmental and cross-organisational processes
- Drafting work instructions for the operations manual
- Handling insurance claims
- Fleet management

In this varied role, every day is different. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment where you’ll be given plenty of scope to familiarise yourself further with our processes.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk, tax clerk, insurance clerk) or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in process or project management is desirable
- Analytical thinking and a strong aptitude for numbers
- Confident use of MS Office
- A structured, reliable and independent way of working
