Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) – Biogas / Operations

How will you support our team?

As a Administrative Assistant (m/f/d), you will support the operation of our biogas plants, taking on a wide range of commercial and organisational tasks. You’ll play a part in operational controlling, maintain operational and plant data, and assist with analyses, invoicing and documentation. At the same time, you’ll act as the point of contact for grid operators, authorities, service providers and business partners, ensuring that dates, deadlines and documents are reliably tracked.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Sharing responsibility for operational controlling of the biogas plants
  • Maintaining and managing operational and plant data
  • Assisting with the preparation of analyses, reports and documentation
  • Preparing and checking statements, invoices and contracts
  • Communicating with network operators, authorities, service providers and business partners
  • Assisting with approval and reporting procedures
  • Organising and managing appointments, deadlines and documents
  • Balancing group management (biomethane)

In this varied role, you will combine commercial work with a technical environment and gain a wide-ranging insight into the operation of our biogas plants. You will work closely with various teams and external partners, and your meticulous and structured approach will help ensure that our operational processes run reliably and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in dealing with public authorities and engineering firms is desirable
  • Technical understanding and an interest in renewable energy are an advantage
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
  • A structured, meticulous and independent approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
